These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ROYAL DAIRY apps, website and online store (the “Services”), operated by ROYAL DAIRY TRADING. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Accounts & your data
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You keep ownership of the business and order data you enter; you grant us permission to host and process it to provide the Services.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You will not:
- use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
- disrupt or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Services;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the apps;
- upload malware or any harmful code;
- copy or resell any part of the Services without our written permission.
3. Orders, pricing & delivery
Prices, product availability and delivery are managed by ROYAL DAIRY and may change. Placing an order is a request to buy; an order is confirmed once we accept it. We aim to deliver fresh stock on our daily routes, but delivery times may vary with weather, festivals and local conditions.
4. Invoices & tax
Invoices, GST figures and ledger balances generated by the Services are provided for convenience. While we aim for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying invoices and tax amounts and for your own tax compliance. Please consult a qualified accountant before filing returns.
5. Availability & liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROYAL DAIRY TRADING is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of profits or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services or an account if these Terms are violated, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
