Privacy Policy

Account details. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored securely, never in plain text). Retailers and staff sign in with email and password.

Business & shop profile. Details you enter such as shop/business name, owner name, phone number, delivery address and (where relevant) GST/tax number.

Order, billing & ledger data. Products, quantities, prices, invoices, payments, outstanding balances (khata) and order history created while using the Services.

Guest store orders. When someone places an order on our online store without signing in, we collect the name, phone number and delivery address they enter so we can fulfil and confirm the order. An uploaded payment screenshot (if any) is stored privately and used only to verify that payment.

Device & usage data. Basic technical information (device model, OS version) and crash/usage logs, used to keep the apps working and fix bugs.

We use your information only to run and improve the Services — specifically to:

• authenticate your account and keep it secure;
• let you browse products, place and manage orders, and generate invoices;
• maintain your ledger (khata), payments and business reports;
• deliver your orders and contact you to confirm or follow up;
• diagnose crashes, prevent misuse and improve performance.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data — or your customers’ data — to anyone for advertising.

Your data is stored on Supabase (a managed PostgreSQL platform). Information is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the database provider. Access is restricted by row-level security so each account only sees its own data, and back-office data (business records, payment proofs) is limited to authorised ROYAL DAIRY staff.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers that process data only to perform their function:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting for the website and online store.
• Google Play services — app distribution and crash reporting on Android.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing royaldairytrading@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from your registered email. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records by law.

You can access and export your data from within the Services, correct your profile and order details directly, and request erasure as described above. For any privacy request, contact us using the details below.

The Services are intended for business owners, shopkeepers and adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app or on-site notice.
